When are the evenings?

Dates for the first group are being set: three Tuesday evenings, one week apart. Reserve now and you’ll hear them first.

Each evening runs 8.45pm to 10.45pm on Zoom, after Isyak.

    Read your own TalentDNA report with Etty. Know which tasks to keep, and which 3 to hand off.

    Sketch the seat map of your team and flag the 3 seats that need to change: one likely wrong seat, one person waiting for a chance, one role that still runs through you.

Taught in Bahasa Malaysia with English terms. About 45 minutes of preparation before the first evening, including your TalentDNA assessment.

The Program covers your own TalentDNA only, so your team map is based on what you observe. Measuring your staff is what the Diagnostic does (or its Snapshot version, under 10 staff).
